ADVANTUM, a leading provider of IT solutions for the shipping and logistics industry, proudly participated in the recently concluded Expo Jamaica 2025, as part of the Shipping Association of Jamaica (SAJ) quintet. The biennial event, which ran from April 3rd to 6th, was hosted at the National Arena and National Indoor Sports Centre in Kingston and marked another successful staging of the largest and most influential trade show of its kind in the English-speaking Caribbean.

Organized by the Jamaica Manufacturers and Exporters Association (JMEA), Expo Jamaica 2025 brought together a diverse array of sectors, including manufacturing, services, exports, and tourism. The multi-sectoral exhibition provided a unique platform for businesses and buyers to connect, network, and explore new opportunities over the four-day period.

The opening day was dedicated to fostering connections between local businesses and international buyers, culminating in a special meet-and-greet session with the Prime Minister, the Honourable Dr. Andrew Holness, and the Honourable Senator Aubyn Hill, Minister of Industry, Investment and Commerce. The dignitaries toured the exhibition floor and visited several booths, including those of the SAJ group. Notably, ADVANTUM was also honoured by the visit of Corah Ann Robertson Sylvester, President of the SAJ and a member of ADVANTUM’s Board of Directors, who stopped by to show support and engage with the team.

Joining ADVANTUM at the SAJ booth were fellow members Jashipco Express, Perez Y Cia (Jamaica) Ltd., and RSD Shipping Agency Jamaica. Together, the group showcased a range of maritime and logistics services that underscore Jamaica’s growing influence in the global shipping industry.

To engage visitors and celebrate the spirit of the expo, ADVANTUM also hosted a giveaway at its booth. The lucky winner of a specially curated gift basket valuing over J$40,000 was Andre Millwood of Mozaic Marketing Limited.
